Our Leadership

I'm Peter — and together with my wife Vivian and our two sons, Levi and Micah, it's our passion and calling to serve God's people at Fountain Church in Ashford and beyond. Leading this vibrant, Christ-centred community alongside our dedicated team of pastors, elders, and leaders is a deep honour and joy.

I've been in ministry for over 20 years, and through every season, my heart has remained the same: to see people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and step boldly into their God-given purpose. Ministry for me is not just a role — it's a life of service, discipleship, and walking with people through the highs and lows of life.

Fountain Church is a place where diversity is celebrated, authentic relationships are built, and spiritual growth is a shared journey. We are united by a compelling vision to love God, love people, and transform our communities through the gospel.

Outside of ministry, I have a huge love for music — I play several instruments and am currently learning the saxophone (watch this space!). I'm also a big fan of sports, time in nature, and recently passed my motorbike licence — aiming to enjoy some peaceful rides for leisure and reflection.
